As a progressive employer, we recognize our strength is in our people. We place a high priority on the individual, and provide the necessary time and funding for staff members to regularly attend seminars and workshops. Our Personal Lines Department is spearheaded by six staff members who have obtained the professional designation of Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada (A.I.I.C.). This is a twelve (12) course program with standardized examinations written throughout the country. Our Commercial Department is backed by two service representatives who have also achieved the A.I.I.C. designation. All of our commercial producers have obtained at least the designation of Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker" (CAIB)"



Our president, Chris Bourque, has attained the deisgnation Canadian Risk Manager, and our Vice President , Steven Keating, is a Fellow with the Institute of Insurance." Having attained excellence in his educational background, he is committed to ensuring our staff is highly trained and well educated in order to meet the needs of our clients.
